Meenakshi School of Architecture, approved by Council of Architecture New Delhi, affiliated to Anna University & AICTE was established in the year 2009 by the Meenakshi Ammal Trust, Chennai, which is a public charitable educational trust formed for reaching quality education to more and more deserving and aspiring students. The trust members are drawn from various walks of life and are eminent personalities with proven success in education, research and teaching apart from social service.

The college offers the right opportunity to step into the world of technology in a confident and successful manner. Handpicked courses are offered in tune with industry requirements and trends in technology development. The vision is to emerge as a center of excellence in technical education and provide an outstanding launch-pad for future technocrats.

The college campus is located in the heart of Chennai city and easily accessible from different parts of the suburbs also. A sprawling and spacious layout with a serene and green environment welcomes the students as they step into the college campus. The campus is a well-planned one and has well designed airy and bright classrooms, modern conference and seminar halls, well equipped laboratories, workshops, computer labs, playgrounds, canteen and a health centre.

The Management

The college is run by a well-structured management system that has the welfare and progress of the students and the college as its prime pursuit. A Governing Council, a Managing Committee and a Technical Advisory Committee help the effective management and administration of the college. The governing council sets the policies and programmes for the college and monitors the progress. The technical advisory committee gives recommendations in respect of academic programmes and facilities while the managing committee carries out the recommendations of the two in every detail.

Our Meenakshi School of Architecture ( MSOA ) is offering varied range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The technology driven pedagogical approach, delivered by qualified and dedicated team of faculty equips our graduates not only with sound technical knowledge but also instilling the right attitude and skills in the students for a holistic education in the globalized scenario. The activities of various clubs on the campus ensure that the MSOAians are dynamic and well groomed in social and event management skills.

As discipline is a prime factor in a student’s life , we inculcate the values of time management and punctuality.
